To further strengthen our initiatives and consultancy projects, we are constantly seeking domain experts and consultants who can contribute with their specialized knowledge, innovative ideas, and on-ground experience to co-create scalable and sustainable models of development.

Desired Profile of Experts/Consultants

We invite professionals and experts with the following qualifications and experience:

• Educational Qualification:
  Post Graduate degree in Economics / Agricultural Economics / Statistics / Social Sciences / Development Studies / Operations Research / Management / Agriculture / Rural Management.

• Professional Expertise in areas such as:

  • Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E), planning and project documentation.

  • Agriculture, horticulture, agri-business development, rural development, micro-finance, and micro-insurance.

  • Institution building, CSR management, financial literacy, and rural livelihood promotion.

  • Human resource development, training, capacity building, and skill development.

• Skills Required:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (knowledge of Hindi and regional languages is an advantage).

  • Proficiency in computer operations, particularly Excel.

  • Knowledge of statistical/econometric tools and software (SPSS, STATA, R, SAS, etc.) will be an added advantage.

  • Analytical thinking, research orientation, and attention to detail.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

The engagement of experts/consultants will primarily involve:

1. Project & Research Proposals

   • Designing project/research proposals with sound methodology for Monitoring & Evaluation, Impact Assessment, and socio-economic studies.

   • Developing innovative and sustainable models of development interventions.

2. Study Design & Tools

   • Creating questionnaires, field schedules, and stakeholder engagement plans.

   • Designing field visits, survey plans, and execution strategies for various studies.

3. Data Analysis & Report Writing

   • Conducting primary and secondary data analysis.

   • Preparing evidence-based reports, policy briefs, and knowledge documents.

4. Detailed Project Reports (DPRs)

   • Preparing sector-specific DPRs with techno-financial analysis.

   • Supporting feasibility studies and business plans for agriculture and rural livelihood projects.

5. CSR & Development Modules

   • Designing customized CSR strategies and initiatives for corporate clients.

   • Developing sector-specific training, skilling, and capacity-building modules.

6. Knowledge & Advisory Support

   • Providing expert advisory services on socio-economic development projects.

   • Supporting field teams and local institutions with capacity-building inputs.
